DDC is establishing a department of the people, by the people, for the people. Its purpose is to support our government in achieving a higher state of systems order and efficiency that can reduce the deficit while making America great again.

To join and receive compensation, become a member. Women and their children under the age of 16 are eligible for free membership—basic lifetime membership for men over the age of 16 starts at $2 for a lifetime. Your investment is fully refundable upon your departure from the department for any reason. By joining, you will work with me and others whose efforts lead to positive change.

Eligibility Criteria for Compensation:

Identify a significant financial burden on American society and its detrimental impact on the government.

Propose a solution that can improve the problematic system by adding value, reducing societal burdens, and enhancing government operations.

Refine your solution using DDC's methodology and demonstrate its efficiency and efficacy through a test pilot or case study.
Upon successful implementation and adoption of your model, you will be compensated for your contributions.
